There is a reason this place wins awards year after year. As someone who used to work here and in other care facilities, I cannot speak more highly of this establishment. The staff truly love what they do and do it well. The facility stays clean and you can tell that the care of the residents are prioritized. From sensational meals, snacks, and daily activities, Northstar really is one of the greatest.
Rachel, the director of this facility, is an exceptional associate of your establishment. She went above and beyond for my aunt who resided here for several years. Personable, professional and thorough, she deserves a raise. Dawn, the on-site nurse, another exceptional associate here, was fantastic to work with as well. The caregivers, staff and even the receptionists are all friendly and very willing to help. I can tell you as the POA for my aunt, these employees gave me the greatest advice and recommendations for my aunt, to her ensure her best quality of life conditions. I am overwhelmingly appreciative of the associates here that made my responsibilities much easier and a huge "THANK YOU" to all whom I didn't mention!
My mom has lived at Northstar for 10 years. She started in an independent living apartment and is now in assisted living. She loves it, and loves all the staff. The entire facility is immaculate, the food is excellent, and they keep a very close watch on her and her needs. For my own peace of mind, I’m glad she’s at Northstar.
