The residents of the memory care unit are put in the community area or lined up in the hallway in front of the nurse station and left alone. I witnessed 2 residents fighting over a walker and I had to ask the aide to intercede. It was always around 80 degrees on the floor.

My brother was in place, and all I can say is don't do it!!!! He was left in this place: bed sores,, stitches that weren't removed, clothing stolen....I could go on. Staff stand around doing nothing. I would pray for death before having to stay in this hell hole. Asked for the money back from his "spending account" there 5 times, and never got it. From top to bottom, horrible care.
The home seems good but your nursing aids on weekends and nights (most) are horrible. They do not respond and they spend most of their time on their cellphones. I think if you put some cameras on the staff you would be surprised.or at least some weekend supervision. They claim they are short handed but if they just worked and kept busy there is more than enough aids
