Terrible new office management. Every month they want access to your apt from 9am to 4pm, for inspection, smoke alarms anything. Now it's pest control (for complex), which you can't go back for 4hrs, after they are done, any time from 9am to 4pm. Very inconvenient. Kids can't go home after school, do homework etc. The outside company? They hired, didn't even leave a note on what if anything they did, just left all lights on and poked around. Office will not answer phone and is to busy to reply. Seems this management is not doing a great job. But they do try to sell you custom tshirts. Well I called back left a message, no return calls. Now you want to respray, when you said you already did .

Office Managers are never around. Cant get call back because their phones are not working. Office is always locked . Trash is over flowing in the parking lot with rodents onsite and very visable. Elevator have been broken since March of 2024. One semi woking elevator for all those poor senior residents. People pay rent and have to deal terrible manangement team.
Lots of things to do to keep your activity level. High. Transportation is no problem to any place that's nearby that can help you to get groceries or to shop. You can order food in if you're unable to leave. People are very nice and helpful.
Harassment against me and my fiance by assistant property manager due to her being very good friends with the property manager who happens to be my fiance's step mother. Will be filling police report and suing for defamation.
I just recently moved into North Port Village apts. In Port Huron. I immediately felt like I had found my new home !! The managers were right there to a answer any questions...the maintenance men are very caring and very friendly. So many folks have introduced themselves..and welcomed me. The building and all areas are so clean..which is very important to me. I believe God has led me here..and I am very thankful !! 🙂
