EVERY. Single. Time. I went to visit my mom the staff was always SO hands on. They are NOT lazy. The care my mom received was more than exceptional and they made my mom feel comfortable and loved. I felt secure leaving her with the Norlite staff, knowing they could care for her and her needs when it became too much for me and she needed 24/7 care. I can’t thank the staff enough for caring for my beautiful mama up until the end. I am so thankful for each person who had a hand in her care. 10000% recommend.

I would personally like to thank each employee that anything to do with my mother's care these last couple years. I live. 1250 miles away, and after losing a son to covid, and the worsening of my own health, I wasn't able to care for Mom myself. Its an uneasy feeling that a stranger to her, was responsible to feed,bath educate, love and friend her without me looking over their shoulders! I only have 1 concern, at the beginning of this journey, I called many times to talk to her and get health updates. I was refused! My 2 sisters were the only ones allowed information. I understand privacy policy, but "family" policy should be able to make exceptions !! Again, I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for loving her and keeping her safe! I am always very impressed with the communication and professionalism of the staff at Norlite Nursing Center. I work with them often and they are always kind, patient and thorough. The management is also top notch! I highly recommend them if your loved one is in need of a rehab or as a long-term care skilled nursing facility.
The staff is courteous. They keep the place clean. They treat the residents with dignity and respect. No care facility is perfect, but Norlite does the best they can. Taken care of the elderly is not an easy job.
A great place to rehabilitate or stay long term. The staff knows what there doing.
