My dad lived at 9 Mile Creek Senior Living for 9+ years. He called it home. The staff at 9Mile were wonderful. As my dad’s needs increased over the years, so did the efforts of staff. (Paula, Amber and many others) Communication was honest and timely. Knowing my dad was happy and well taken care of was important to our family. I would highly recommend 9 Mile Senior Living to any family looking for a Senior Living environment for a parent or loved one.

My Mother has been a resident at Nine Mile Creek Sr Living since May 2023. The transition from living independently in her own home to Nine Mile Creek was a difficult adjustment for her. The excellent care and empathy she received from the staff helped her feel welcome and comfortable. I can't say enough about the time, effort and attention Luke Lahammer has given my Mother. Paul Austad has been great helping her with issues that have popped up in her apartment. Lauren Mielzarek has a real gift for keeping the residents entertained which has really helped my Mother's adjustment to senior living.Jason is always available to answer questions and help with daty to day needs. We knew right away that Nine Mile was going to be a safe and happy place for my Mother. The staff is very family friendly, always available to answer questions, keeping the family up to date on pertinent issues and very accommodating by making the Club Room available for family and friends gatherings A sincere thank you to all the staff at Nine Mile Creek Sr Living!
My mother has been a resident of Nine Mile Creek Senior Living since May of 2018. From the moment I was given a tour, I knew this was a very special community. Mom loves her environment and the variety of choices for activities. The staff is beyond exceptional while providing the best care you can imagine. Mom is safe and secure while also enjoying her independence as a resident. Thank you to Luke and the entire staff for all you do!
I can’t say enough positive things about Nine Mile Creek Senior Living. The facilities are gorgeous, but it is the people who make it amazing. Every person we interacted with - the Executive Director, Director of Sales, Director of Health Services, and the facilities staff treated us with kindness - and were patient with all of our questions. The aides who helped my father on a daily basis were fantastic! They helped him to adjust to his new surroundings and went out of their way to make sure he was ok. I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a place for yourself, or a loved one.
We can not say enough great things about Nine Mile Creek Senior Living. My 101 year old grandma has been living here since it opened. She started as an independent living resident and then transitioned to assisted living. The staff at Nine Mile are like family to her. She loves her people and we love them for taking such great care of her!
