Highlands offers alot for their residents to keep them involved and busy in this community. The facility is clean and bright.
I requested a stud finder to hang a heavy mirror, and mentioned a strange smell when entering my apartment since first moving in? I mentioned the hole next to my patio door and work to be done next to garage door opening and realized it may be a project for spring? But no answers were offered. Since these requests I noticed the paint in my kitchen looked like it only had a preprint job, not a finish paint job you could lightly wipe up. I realize these aren't urgent problems but they will need to be addressed. Thank you, Peggy Williams, #207
When my furnace died for the 4th time, Paul came and replaced the control board. I think that was the problem all along. Now things are going well with plenty of heat. He did a good job!
Very impressed. Weighing my options of facilities that offer meals. Even though more expensive I think I would enjoy meeting my neighbors and getting to know them over meals and events together. I don’t expect you to hold an apartment for me. My lease is not up until Sept and I want to take this time to visit different communities and make the right decision for me. Thank you for the tour and info and will definitely be considering your community.
