If I could give zero stars to this place, I absolutely would. The only advice I can give to everyone or anyone thinking about sending their loved ones there is don’t do it. My fiancé was in there for two weeks. I was not allowed to speak with her nor allowed to visit nor was her mother or father. They are heartless people that just care about is a paycheck. They are VERY neglectful and VERY disrespectful…but they have to live with that. That’s my experience with this place that’s supposed to take “good care” of their patients. SUPER SAD FOR EVERYONE IN THAT PLACE👎🏻

Excellent care for your loved one. Nice facility - well kept and managed. My family member received excellent care, proper therapy and strong support. Iris was an excellent advocate for his health and Aaron did a fantastic job staying on top of the most pressing concerns. There's a reason this is the best facility in Kingsport.
If anyone has a choice to pick a place for physical therapy, I strongly recommend choosing NHC. The staff is amazing! The facility is very clean and very spacious. The staff makes it feel like home away from home. They have wonderful food as well! Due to COVID-19, I wasn’t able to get pictures of the entire facility, just the entrance.
Best rehabilitation center ever I recommend going to this place because this is where my grandpa went after he got hurt at his house and he was sent to holston valley medical center then he was transported the rehab at NHC and they were super nice and they also took him to his cancer doctor appointment by the van and took him back to his rehabilitation room these staff were nice to take him and my mom to take my grandpa to the cancer doctor center at ballad health medical associates cancer center at Indian path community hospital
My dad of 88 years old was just released from NHC 2 weeks ago. He was in there approximately 6 weeks, the care he received was outstanding. The facility itself was always clean, they kept dad's room clean. I'm going to give praise for some of the people that work there, First Aaron was absolutely wonderful, he went out of his way to help us with dad understanding what needed to be done after he left NHC and helping our family deal with this situation, he was sent by God. I'm going to mention two of his nurses because they were the two that I interacted with, Cornbread (yes that's what she goes by) and Angelica. Every time I ask Angelica a question or ask for something to be done for dad she always helped never complained. When I stepped into the nurses office, she always greeted me with a smile. Cornbread, if every health care worker, nurse or anybody in this field were like her the world would be a better place. I don't believe I've met someone as nice and smiling and friendly as her in my life. I understand that this type of work can be hard and grueling, it takes special people to do this for our parents. I'm so sorry to say I don't remember the names of the two physical therapy ladies that worked with dad, but they were exceptional. Thank-you NHC.
