I love working at Newbridge..The residents and the staff are great, most of them at least, I wish I could work there permanently but it's okay. The time is spend working there is good enough and the walking paths are exceptional. Family and Friends, if you choose Newbridge, you will not regret it.

My friend received excellent care while recouping from a fall. I found them to be knowledgeable and professional. My only negative was how short staffed they were - it was through the holidays.
My dad has been living there since March of 2020. I love the things you don't see and the things you do. EMT on staff has a very fast response time. It seems like all of the workers are very happy there and most say "Hi Joe" to my dad as we walk by. The building is very nice and having a rehab and memory care on sight is an amazing asset. He is surrounded by intelligent people and have amazing musicians weekly. I am very happy for my that he lives there.

We had a terrible experience at this facility. Patient was neither treated with respect, dignity nor kindness by many of the caregivers -- in fact family members witnessed both abuse and neglect. When concerns were expressed to the physician and administrative staff family was told if we didn't like it then find another facility. This was for an elderly patient who was incapacitated. Physician was unable to manage pain effectively. Physical and occupational therapy was limited although when it occurred, the practicioners were helpful and skilled. Some of the nurses were very good, but the quality of care overall was so bad it seemed even they were frustrated. They seemed not to have enough staff for the number of patients they serve. You can hear many patients calling for help...and those calls often went unanswered or response was severely delayed. The patient left in worse condition than when arrived. Not a rehab experience at all. Very disappointed.
