If you have a cherished family member residing in this facility, it is crucial to be proactive in monitoring their care and making regular visits. Many families are taken aback to discover that some staff members may distort the true conditions of patients in order to conceal instances of neglect. This troubling behavior reveals a deep-seated lack of respect for both the patients and their families, undermining the trust placed in the care facility. By choosing to entrust your loved one to this environment, you must be prepared to consistently be a source of support and presence in their life. It is disheartening to witness the degree of indifference shown by some caregivers toward those who are vulnerable and in need of compassionate care. Your active vigilance and engagement are paramount to safeguarding your loved one and ensuring they are treated with the dignity, respect, and attention they rightfully deserve.

Princess the CNA took such good care of me, I appreciate everything she did for me while I was here, I wish I could take her home with me as a home health care aid, new Vista is the place to be. Nurse made sure I had everything I needed!
Yes I want to advise everyone not to take the love ones to this place. They’re very abusive staff in there not all many of them are so nice but at the night yesterday my brother had a bad experience where he got bruises on him because he tried to walk on his own and go to the toilet because there’s no one There at night to take him if they low on staff. It’s not the patient fault he wanted to go to the bathroom he cannot walk he said the nurse was telling him he has 5 minutes to use the toilet he couldn’t go it’s the first time he been in there last time they weren’t feeding him and I’m calling the state now. I think I want to do a picketing to stop the abuse and I’m gonna call the news . Please don’t take your love one there I had no choice it’s close to home I thought I made a difference last time but I guess not if my siblings and I wouldn’t go Theo knows what else can happen
We have to do something about these bad care facilities and report them to as many people as possible. Nursing home's should be clean, professional, and inclusive. Report abuse to the ADA or Elderly abuse, Please Report any crimes to the state police and to the Health department if you see roaches or bad meal preparation. We MUST put a stop to the gross mistreatment of the elderly! Thank you. God bless America.
I have family who attend to this place .. First thing first .. Elevators are horrible. 6 elevators and only one was working BARELY working at that. Second Why does the activities department care much more for the residents and do much more for the residents then the actual CNA’s and nurses there. Every time I see the activities employees they’re always happy and cheery and saying hello to everyone and yet the CNAS and nurses have nasty attitudes and made faces. Third why are nurses and CNAs not changing diapers to residents , they’re not showering and it just smells horrible. This is a dimmed down prison for a rehab place. Administration doesn’t do anything at all, there’s no funding for better elevators they’re so cheap they keep hiring the same people who don’t fix a damn thing. It’s like the only people who keeping these people going are the house keeping and activities department and I doubt they get any recognition at all. Also to the state department that comes into this place and doesn’t say a word or do anything to make this place a better one , SHAME ON YOU, a disgrace to the people and residents who live here. This is suppose to be a home for most and a pit stop for some and yet this feels like worse then the streets and the state doesn’t do anything. Rethink about coming here they just want the residents money and give them garbage food and don’t care for any of them. Only the activities department will go out of their way to care for the residents and make sure they’re all entertained and laughing and take they’re minds off the situations they’re going through even the bed ridden ones. Who ever is in charge of the activities department bless you and thank you.
