Our father lived here for ten months before passing away. His stay at the Waters was a wonderful experience! The office staff, Logan,Jaki, Patty and others were so helpful, friendly and kind! The final three months my father was in the Ponds section and his care takers were wonderful and caring! Their tender care of my father is so much appreciated! As well the nursing staff was always available for his needs. The facility is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and pleasant. The dining room is like going to a five star restaurant and the staff as well are so pleasant and pay personal attention to the residents. I met the owner of the Waters while getting our first tour and she knows how to run a first class living facility! Thank you everyone for making my dad’s life there so great!

I couldn't be more pleased with how my mother was treated at New Perspective. My mother felt welcomed and happy with the staff- who were so caring and kind. She was treated with the utmost respect. The facility was clean and well lit, and absolutely everyone we encountered were so kind and helpful. We occasionally had dinner with our mom amd the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this place to anyone either seeking a place for themselves or a loved one.
My mother has lived at The Waters of Oakdale for the past year. Up until November of 2024 we enjoyed it for her. My mom’s cash ended up mysteriously going missing. We had suspicions that it was cleaning staff that offer all residents “light housekeeping” each week. I setup an investigation with hidden cameras and envelopes of fake cash just like the items that vanished from her purse that went missing. When my mom was downstairs at a social hour, she locked her apartment door. 15 minutes after my mom had left, sure enough, one of the cleaning staff is entering my moms home completely unauthorized and unlawfully. She is seen leaving my mother’s home with some of the fake cash after going through her belongings (photo) Caught her RED HANDED!! We called the police and filed charges. The employee was fired. This has been a nightmare now in terms of dealing with the management staff of this organization since I blew up the theft ring. I now have demands that they don’t want to own up to and I believe would rather have me take them to court because they wonnt own up to their issue of some poor staff. I had to pull teeth to have THEIR management staff send out a letter to ALL of their residents to inform them of their situation. I believe they would have MUCH rather swept this entire issue under the rug without any doubt. And you want to trust them with the care of your loved ones?!? I DO NOT THINK SO!! Buyer and resident be VERY aware! And you cannot have your own employees or ex-employees review your own business (photo) Conflict of interest I’d say!!
I absolutely love The Waters. It has been such a positive wonderful living place for my parents. They have such caring staff and wonderful events for the The residents. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for Quality assisted living, and additional care needs
My mother calls The Waters of Oakdale home. The Staff serves the tenants with love, caring and compassion 24-7. As her son, I feel a peace inside me when I leave from The Waters after a visit with my mom.
