I have some friends at new perspective that I visit a few times a week. We always love joining in on activities with Taylor and William. Some of our favorite activities to join in on are happy hour, bowling and crafts! We love that there is a room for us to watch movies and work on puzzles as well. It’s a great place to stay busy and active for the residents!
The way these people treat your family is absolutely disgusting. If you’re not checking in with your relatives daily, please start. I sat back and watched them yell at an elderly man in his room, belittling him and telling him he couldn’t go to bed because of something he had said a few days earlier. I hated the way he looked — so fearful of the very caregivers who were supposed to be taking care of him.
I have a few clients living at New Perspectives that I visit with often. Every time I enter the community I’m always greeted by every employee passing by. The residents are friendly and love chit chatting. The community is very clean, beautiful, and organized. My clients have longevity at the community and are happy living in the community. I’ve worked closely with Colette for many years & she’s a wonderful partner to have. The independent living nurse is very prompt when I have questions. Mia has also been a great addition to the team. The staff truly goes above and beyond for their residents and you can see it by how happy they are! Tons of activities and they’re always willing to open their community to others! Highly recommend.
They have then most remarkable memory care programs. Their residents are not just comfortaby taken care of individually, each person is enriched with personalized stimulazation.
