So thankful I found New Perspective Columbia Heights Assisted Living for my dad to live at for the last 18 months. Dad was 91, legally blind and had a lot of trouble seeing in everyday life, but NP worked hard at making it easier for him from making it brighter in his apartment to letting him know every time there was an activity and even cutting up the larger pieces of food on his plate. My dad passed away last month but he loved living there, especially meal times when he would go down to the dining room to enjoy lunch/dinner with his friends. The staff genuinely cares about the residents who live there and it was always easy for me to communicate with management when necessary. I definitely recommend New Perspective Columbia Heights!

My mom made the move to New Perspective on Halloween. The staff have been absolutely amazing, friendly, kind and caring. The building decor, the amenities, the menu options, and the staff is what made my mom choose this place over others. I’m so happy we made this move.
The staff at this facility was absolutely exceptional. Very understanding, made me and my family feel heard, and treated my grandmother resident respectfully. The facility itself was kept clean, orderly, and beautiful. I highly recommend this facility if you are looking into senior living for a loved one.
New Perspective Senior Living of Columbia Heights was a breath of fresh air in my mom’s and my search for an assisted living place for her to call home! From the lovely greeting and warm welcome we received on our first visit to the ease of getting her settled and now the sustained living there, we have been so pleased. It is a beautiful facility with caring management and staff. I will be eternally grateful that we found this place! My mom’s favorite place is the wonderful screened porch that stretches across the back of the second story.
It's a very professional, friendly staff, and super clean place. You can confidently send anyone you know who needs a worm full of kindness home.
