I find this complex very comfortable and well cared for. I also have different questions, problems and have gone to Nicole and Elvis, finding them to be very professional but also very pleasant and comfortable to deal with and explain things too. I feel that this complex of apartments is very lucky and blessed to have Nicole and Elvis here! Any time you have a question, Nicole is always willing to listen and assist if in her ability to do so. Nicole is very knowledgeable and will help in how she can or her job allows her to do. I do hear rumbling about some of the rent increases but they do not understand..Nicole doesn't set the rent cost, corporate does that. I do hope that things will calm down as far as costs, not just in rent but in cost of everything everywhere. Once again please accept my heartfelt appreciation for your employees here and their dedication to there jobs!!! One of your satisfied tennants!
We have lived here 8 years and loved it here. Our Manager, Nicole, and Elvis, the best maintenance man, are top notch employees of New Hartford Square. They are very professional , and very personable with everyone here. Butch, another employee, will help anyone who needs it. He's a great guy! The location cannot be any better for on the go people. The walking trail, restaurants, movie theatre, nail salons, Kohls, Walmart....all next door! The building is very clean, events and parties all the time...just a nice community place to live with friendly people.
Absolutely the best! Nicole, Elvis, and Butch can't do enough to make our accomodations the greatest. The complex is up to date, clean, and secure. It is one of my best moves to date!
Clover group is taking outrageous advantage of seniors who are unlikely to move by exorbitant increases in rent. My mom's rent was increased 15% this week upon renewal. It was increased 15% last year. The company website claims "affordable" housing - is false and misleading. The residents of my mom's complex are in an uproar with these extreme increases to people on a fixed income. The turnover is increasing per the local property manager and the residents. Clover mgmt does not take calls of course, but sends them back to the local property manager who has no authority over rates. Do not rent from this horrible company. Warn anyone considering their properties. I'm sure their investors are quite happy as seniors are harmed and being economically forced to move out. A grassroots social awareness campaign is going to start to out this abominable behavior.
