New Hanover House is a wonderful facility! The housekeepers are so hard working and they keep the facility spotless! The staff truly cares about their residents like they are family. Overall this is a great place to work or live.
After reading some of the older reviews, I had my hesitations regarding the facility and staff. However, it is evident there have been many positive changes! The facility is clean, inviting, and well cared for. The staff is also excellent! Everyone I have had contact with there has been friendly and extremely helpful! I highly recommend.
I had the pleasure to visit New Hanover House recently and I was very impressed with the facilities and staff. Everyone seemed so friendly and my relative loves living there.
Can handle both medical and cognitive issues. Finally feel comfortable leaving my son in the care of a nursing home.Overall good care and good staff.
