New Glen Oaks Nursing home was a true blessing for my mom during her stay after hip replacement. I should start off by saying that my mom is very hard to please and can be very difficult. However, she found great comfort in staying at New Glen Oaks! She couldn't have spoken more highly of her physical therapists, Harry and Amira - to the point where I was shocked that words of such high praise were coming out of my mom's mouth! I absolutely can't thank Emil enough for having accepted my mom's admission at the very last minute after a nightmare experience we briefly faced at another facility. He honestly rescued the both of us in a capacity that goes beyond what words can express! New Glen Oaks has a home away from home feel to it. It was always so wonderful when walking/wheeling down the hallway w my mom to hear employees cheerfully greet her by her first name. My mom took real pride in the progress she made there and was honestly grateful for her care. I loved my mom's health aide, Tracy, who was always so helpful, and everyone else involved in her care was nice, hardworking and polite. If ever needed in the future, I would hands down choose New Glen Oaks again and would be able to rest assured that my mom would be comfortable and well cared for. An honest to goodness true blessing for us!!!!!!

A small but a good Nursing Home. My Mom, with End Stage Dementia, was there for about 3 months and everyone treated her well. All of the staff there were respectful and helpful to me as well. It's like a family there, everyone gets to know each other. The building is well kept, they are always cleaning the floors and etc. The CNA's were good in particular Suroj and Tracy. The Nurses were good also in particular Gerardine. It was a good experience and I'm glad that I chose New Glen Oaks Nursing Home for my Mom.
The entire staff at New Glen Oaks Nursing Home have been excellent. Emil has been attentive and caring and always ready to help accomdate any needs. My cousin has been afforded the the best care and attention from rehabilitation treatments to daily care. The aids have been wonderful. Special thanks to Tracy for the care and attention given to my cousin. I would highly recommend The New Glen Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Home.
Very good facility , outstanding employees. Very professional rehabilitation program. Great administration. Top notch facility with delicious Glatt kosher food. I came here feeling weak with unsteady gait to work on my balance and strength. Within a short period of time, I am back on my feet simply amazing. Recommend this place to all seeking either short term and/or long term rehabilitation. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Extremely Disappointed and Concerned I’m not sure who is writing the positive reviews for this place, but my experience has been completely different. While the staff may come across as friendly, that’s where the positives end. The level of care is absolutely unacceptable. Patients are not properly looked after, especially when they are unwell. Even in serious situations, the nursing home failed to contact family members to inform them of their loved one’s condition. This lack of communication and accountability is deeply troubling and dangerous. I would strongly urge anyone considering this facility to look elsewhere. Your loved ones deserve far better care and attention than what this place provides.
