Recently had to place a family member here and could not be happier with the staff and facility. George and his team made accommodations to ensure we were happy as well as our loved one. The place is super clean and ALL staff so friendly. I would definitely recommend New Era.

very unprofessional owner by the name of eduardo castellanos, treats the members very unprofessional . tries to manipulate employees aswell.
this place is insane
On the 30th I took my brother around 11 am and they took him inside and the next day I went to see him and he asked to go home, everything was fine until the owner of the place because he heard me say that if he didn't straighten up he would betray him back. The owner started shouting that this wasn't a hotel and they hadn't charged me for that day. I told him that if it was, I'd pay for it, and there was so much shouting that my brother, who was very well, got so upset that he ended up in the hospital. Jacson sauth hospital, the only trash in that place is the owner, all the rest of the staff are excellent people, I don't know how a person like that is given a license to operate a psychiatric center like that who doesn't even know how to respect people, the weight sign has it more psychiatry or sufferers
Well, it's a shame that allan people like that man, Castilian Ecuador, manipulate the workers, it's being disgusting, he exploits the workers, in particular, they even lack respect for the workers, that's why no one lasts there, only the people who bully him and lift him up. with gossip because in life you have to have dignity, respect, so people and treat workers well should get them out of that place
