Many times, some of the care givers assigned to my mother's care have not shown up to provide services. Some lack the training to provide the following: Meal Prep, light physical therapy and wound care. When following up with the after hours support, some of the staff work off-site and fail to provide real-time information on when the caregiver fails to show up. When a coordinator is assigned to a case, they fail to match some of the requirements and offer no explanation. When the patient is of Caribbean background, some of the candidates sent from New Century seem to be out of practice and lack the training to handle elderly patience. One could not even understand how to make coffee. I would not recommend this agency to handle bed ridden elderly patients.

Juan Perez hands down is the best customer service representative I have ever encountered. In my opinion he deserves all the credit that comes his way. I have learned a lot about New Century Home Care, he goes the extra mile to make sure that any concerns’ are addressed and solved. I hope the CEO or Manager of the company show him full appreciation and credit.
