After my wife's vision test in autumn 2024, the optician found that the deviation from before was very large and recommended a visit to the ophthalmologist and not glasses. In fact, cataract surgery was due - now she was there again in March and after another eye test, distance and reading glasses were ordered. Advice, eye test and glasses, everything was great, highly recommended.
I have received quick, appropriate help or even replacement several times - always as a service - free of charge! Even if you didn't buy it there. Of course I also have a pair of “real glasses” from there and I will get some from there again in the future.
