I am absolutely satisfied, The entire process from entering the branch for the first time to picking up the new glasses was very professional and serious. I am very satisfied not only with the process and the selection but also with the quality of the new glasses. Everything fits. I can recommend this branch without hesitation.
Employees are friendly, from the. I wasn't convinced by the advice. The advice was significantly better. The appointment for the contact lens consultation was canceled twice shortly before the appointment. Pricing is not transparent. Two different lenses were offered but the customer advisor could not tell any differences. Quality? Price?
I had booked an appointment the following week and was in the area. There was no problem making my appointment straight away. I received great advice and was informed about the current promotions. That saved me quite a bit of money. Many thanks to the Neusehland team in Fritzlar!
After I was very happy with my glasses from Neusehland, I also decided to get my hearing aids from Neusehland. A very friendly and competent employee gave me very good advice on this. Ms. K. helped me to become aware of my surroundings again. I owe that to her I understand the people around me again and hear noises that I haven't been able to hear for a long time.
