I felt very well looked after the first time I visited your branch in Bad Wildungen. The employees were very helpful and extremely friendly. Since my health is not good, I need a walker. Your employees were immediately there to open the door for you. The branch is spacious, very nicely furnished and I was able to move freely everywhere, or you can get into every "corner". The service, friendliness and helpfulness are top notch. Hopefully it stays that way, because unfortunately it is no longer a given these days. I can and will happily recommend your business. The eye test was very professional and since I have now picked up my glasses, I can say that the result is great. Keep it up. Thank you for your help and efforts.

I received a very friendly welcome. You can also book an appointment for an eye test online without any problems. No long waiting times for the appointment. The advice was very good and I received 2 beautiful pairs of glasses that fit my type. Recommended at any time. The shop is modern and very bright and friendly.
I bought a pair of beautiful glasses there a few weeks ago, including advice and various eye checks, and I'm thrilled! The branch management personally served and advised me. She is a very competent optician, who is even an optometrist!! She gave me incredibly friendly and courteous advice, checked and measured my eyes... I felt absolutely in good hands there! I also found the whole team to be very friendly, a really nice, large shop that even has a hearing care professional with them! I can also imagine getting advice there in this area too. Thank you to a young, great, extremely friendly team!
