I saw Dr. Boser twice... A fantastic doctor, takes an incredible amount of time to explain and answer all my questions...it's great that there are doctors like him...Thank you so much!! Unfortunately, an older assistant (from the "back" area of the reception area) is very unfriendly...and obviously can't empathize with patients waiting for an urgent diagnosis...it's very unfortunate that she has so little empathy in this profession. I know what I'm talking about, as I worked as an assistant myself for 20 years...
I am very excited about the practice! The practice team and my attending physician Dr. Wool bats are really great. Dr. Wollschläger takes the time to discuss everything in detail and explains everything very well. He is a very empathetic and incredibly nice doctor. I can warmly recommend the practice!
