Having to place my husbands grandfather here has been the worst experience of our lives. They are not cleaning him properly. He calls for help and has to wait hours. He says the staff curse a lot about doing their jobs. He just had open heart surgery and needs quality care which he is not being given. They don't give him the food that he's supposed to get. I've worked in nursing homes since 2018 and I've never seen something so bad. Would not recommend to anyone!

The staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is clean. There's no urine (dirty diaper) smell so often present at nursing homes. I would give it 5 stars if they had more rehabilitation services. All in all, Nella's is the best one I have been in. Only been in a few.
As probably with all such facilities there are people who enjoy their job and show concern for the residents and those who think of it as just a job. There is meal time snack time bed check and break time Very little time for interaction with the residents. I would think that it would take a certain type of personality to do this kind of job. I am sure it it very hard and has long hours as do many jobds.
As always my mom is being very well taken care of. Facility was clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. I came just before lunch and was able to feed mom, it was a great visit. Thank you Cheryl
