Very nice,attractive and well maintained facility.All the employees are very helpful and they take their time with you regarding your questions or concerns.The individual care is great also.All the residents there are welcoming as well.I would highly recommend Navion of New Bern.

Navion has wonderful, caring employees. Lots of activities for people to participate in. The atmosphere is cheerful and supportive.
When I first made the decision to move my family member to this facility, she was adamant that she was not going to like it, she wasn’t going to be happy and the care was going to be poor. The very next day, she told me how she had gone to the dining hall to eat, the staff checked on her frequently, and she was comfortable being there. Fast forward 3 months later and she is more vibrant, doing things within the community, making new friends, laughing, and enjoying her new home. Best decision I could have made.
Was a great pleasure to have our group invited to play some old time music for the residents. The smiles and singing along made us feel great. Thank you "Old Time Music Machine"
They truly don't value their employees ED is not professional at all . When she got to the building the whole staff quit because she was writing staff up when she wasn't even in the building and they had Dr note.The law state that you cannot bring your kids to work in a kitchen but she allowed that because they didn't have nobody to work and then write me up for excused days .Not fair at all what if something had happened to those babies while their mother is working .She didn't care about that .
