My mother inlaw moved into Glades just before Christmas 2020. 6 years ago my father in law passed away after spending 18 months in the old glades facility directly next door. The reason we selected glades for my mother in law is because the staff do genuinely care about the residents and always communicate really well with my wife and I. The new facility is obviously super beautiful but what makes this place special is it’s staffed and managed by a team a beautiful people who are doing a very challenging job extremely well.

They try their best but it is really hard because you have to buzz on the door to visit and they do not answer. You can be standing outside for 40 minutes before you can get in to visit a relative. They don’t answer the phone either so it’s really sad when you have travelled to visit (slightly after 5pm) and you can’t get in. Happens many times.
I am a resident at Narrabeen Glades at Warriewood & I am so happy to be . The staff are wonderful & I have made some great new friends . Thank you Narrabeen Glades & all the fabulous staff.
This beautiful facility was a breath of fresh air with beautiful surrounds and it’s resort style feel with a great cafe hairdressing shop big rooms very clean and friendly atmosphere you can feel the welcoming ambience as you enter just amazing so happy my family loved this home for their parents !!
