Where do I start. This facility needs a good remodel everything is old and outdated. From the furniture in the rooms to the bathroom. The night stand next to the bed is full of rust. Also, only one elevator works and it takes a long time to operate correctly. Safety concern for sure. The stairwells are filthy and smells like urine.

My mother came there and it was a warm welcome from the start the staff was very nice to my mom and always checked in on her she was able to eat what ever she wanted to.They even have fashion shows, movie night and games night not to mention pop corn day.I really enjoy seeing the smile on my mom face being here she said it feels like home .
Why become a nurse if your not going to be dedicated to your job. Most of the nurses are lazy and they don't do what they are supposed to do. The poor people I see that can't speak for themselves or their families that don't visit I really feel for them. The nurses be cursing. They don't come back when they're supposed to. Y'all taking folks whole checks, houses, and their cars and giving them bare minimum. What are these nurses going to school for. They are definitely in the wrong field. If things doesn't get better for those people I will call ombudsman for Indiana if this facility isn't careful. Don't come here asking me to call you for my complaints because its a waste of time. Just do better! The higher ups need to check behind the workers more often than they do. This facility is a hot mess!
My mom and I are very pleased with her stay here and the staff was very welcoming and attentive to all her needs and very polite as well! Angela Delacruz the activity director was awesome to work with and she personally goes above and beyond for her residents and their family! I want to give a BIG thank you to her and the staff for all their hard work and taking good care of my mom during her stay!!
This is the best place ever. I love the staff and administration. My mother loves it this is her home. The administrator is so sweet. I have no complaints.harry I was introduced to him it was just wonderful. I felt very comfortable leaving here there. Rooms are cleaned. I would recommend Munster med inn to everyone.my mother is so happy here. the upgrades are beautiful.
