Ansolute worst nursing care. I was a patient here for two weeks. The only thing good is therapy and the therapists. administrationis also not responsive. Nursing aides seem to not want to be ay wotk and its even worrseat night. Many nights my call light is on and no one would come to my aid or many of the elderly patients’aid. At night you definitely feel terrible and alone bevause assistance is not granted.. food is andolutely terrible. I would not recommend a soul ths place. I had immense pain in my leg and just jneeded some health and i put my light and proceeded to call out begging someone to come and nobody came

My dad stayed at Mountainside Rehab Center for two weeks in January. My family and I highly recommend their facilities and rehab services. The people make this facility work well, starting with Jessica, the administrator, and the admissions team, Jennifer and Courtney. Monica and her team of physical and occupational therapists, along with the nursing staff and nurse assistants who cared for my dad, provided excellent support (my apologies as I misplaced my notes on their names). I don't want my dad to need rehab again, but if he does, I would take him back to Mountainside Rehab Center.
I wish I could give this place zero stars. This place is terrible... The owner is rude and unprofessional. The entire place is horrible except for a few good nurses and other staff members. If you care about your family members, then send them somewhere else. The place is badly run. The administration is the problem. They have no idea how to run a facility. The State of NJ needs to intervene. They don't even know when a patient is there, wander off, or even be taken to the hospital. I have never dealt with a place so unprofessional, and lacking accountability. Oh, and they lie!!!!!! Save yourself the headache and go to a professionally run facility.
Mountainside SNF is an amazing facility! they treat their residents with respect and dignity and the facility does not feel nor smell like an institution. The accommodations are warm and friendly, and the staff are courteous. The dining area gives the feel of a restaurant, and the service would make you believe you're in a 5-star restaurant. This has been the best we have experienced in NJ. Thank you for all you do!
Manor Care did a wonderful job in making my dad comfortable and happy during his entire stay and especially during his final months, weeks and days. Everyone from Jessica, the manager ,to all the staff that came in contact with my dad treated him gently, and with dignity and respect. We were secure in the knowledge that he would always be safe and well taken care of. Dad frequently commented that he felt surrounded by great people. My sister and I are so grateful to each person on the staff. They were never too busy to share a kind word and smile with him.
