All staff are helpful and eager to assist. Happy smiling faces greeting you at every turn. The hotel is well placed on the edge of Deloraine with easy access to town and the highway. Best view ever. If you are after country scenery in Deloraine, this is the perfect place. We booked a room with mountain view and it did not disappoint. Very quiet at night time. The room has an old school setting. I felt like I was in my grandma’s. Clean and cosy room. The only problem is the water pressure is low in the shower.
Over booked our room on her end. Took cash walk ins o er the booking we made weeks earlier. Wouldn't ask the walk-ins to leave so we could check into our room. , and wouldn't help us out with any kind of reimbursement as it was booked through Booking.com. never again. Ruined our whole holiday as we was left with no accommodation and slept in our car. Very rude, poor English and was more interested in her I door plants than helping sort out her mistake.
A solid, simple motel that was very clean but a bit dated. The air con worked well as did the TV, but the WiFi was very spotty. The view of the Great Western Tiers from the car park was gorgeous. The bed was comfortable. There is no included breakfast unless you prepay for continental that is delivered to your room before reception closes and the restaurant is not open for breakfast, so plan accordingly.
Very disappointed. After phoning to confirm our booking on the 17th March, due to finding on our trip Booking . Com errors, we were told on arrival we had no booking. Offered a $200 family room, not the $145 we booked with mountain views, our view was of the car park. The bedding was clean although all pillows were flat. There is mould around kitchen sink and tap, TV aerial is threaded through sliding door frame !!!! Floor tiles in bathroom cracked and loose. Dirty broken fly wire on bathroom window, let in a big flying ant or mosquito??? Curtain track runners in lounge were broken so curtains were hanging down and didn’t match. In the bedroom curtains didn’t meet, needed a peg, which I didn’t have, to keep them together. Dirty lounge furniture had covers on them. Extremely disappointing.
