My mom has been in Mountian View Rehab on four different occasions.Twice for a bad fall, once for knee replacement and once for respite. They always take great care of her, and I don't worry when she is with them. PT and OT are great, as are the rest of the staff, nurses and aids. The staff is both professional and friendly.

My mom has been here for almost a year. When she was on TCU her care was wonderful and the the nurses were amazing. But now she is on long term care dogwood and she has declined. The staff is awful they just don’t seem to care. My mom had to to go to the hospital, and food was left in her room for two weeks. I found dirty clothes shoved in her closet. I don’t think they care as much .
I needed to be here for a month and I was extremely impressed by the staff here. Whenever I had a question it was answered very quickly. I had a lot of confidence in all of the staff. There were a couple of people I really feel went above and beyond. Zara (nurse) and Shannon a nurses aide. Both of them were top notch! In addition, the administrator Theresa is top notch! If I ever have a need for rehabilitation I definitely will seek out Mountain View Center. A++++ service
My 99 year old Mother has done well with the rehabilitation staff here and she appreciates all their efforts. That said, we want her to come home asap due to the flu running rampant through her ward. That's just typical of these facilities and no fault of MVC. My only complaint is that all the nice clothes we brought her shortly after she was transferred from RRMC were apparently stolen and were never recovered. Excuses were made, i.e. "Being washed" or "In the dryer" but these were lies and her clothing was obviously stolen from her at your facility. Very disappointed that this happened.
My mom has been a patient at Genesis for several years. As her POA I deal with the staff often in regards to her care specifically the nurses but most often Katelynn Razanouski she is quick to respond with information I’m seeking and provides support for whatever the case could be.
