My mother was here for a week and a half. They took good care of her. They're very friendly, on time with medications, and meals. The place is clean and her room and bathroom. She did physical therapy and they did a fantastic job. Everyone there are awesome and it's a very welcoming facility. May God bless you all there!

The facility is kept very clean. The food is delicious. The CNAs, nurses, and doctors are great! The physical therapy and occupational therapy staff is the best. Overall, it was a great stay for my mom and it helped with her recovery.
Started out great but rapidly declined as the meds they were supposed to give my elderly mother were not always available from their pharmacy. (or administered as prescribed) This resulted in a relapse and another trip to the ER. One of the staff has sticky fingers so inventory and label everything you leave there. I cant say everything was bad, PT and OT cared, the office is more interested in billing out available insurance than working on release date. Based on reviews of other facilities my assumption is that the SNF industry has a "care" problem in a for-profit environment.
My friend is currently in Mountain Manor for rehab after a car accident, and has been there for almost 2 weeks. This skilled nursing facility is well staffed, very nice and goes the extra mile to make her comfortable and feel cared for. I enjoy visiting her every day and can see how well run this facility is. She’s very happy to be at this facility compared to the one she has been at before. The OT and PT therapists are excellent, and even the food is good!
What can I say? mountain manor is a great building to start with ! once every 3 months the activity director Carissa would hold a candle light dinner for the patients which I think is a wonderful idea. This activity makes the patients feel very special, promotes socialization amongst the other residents and may probably even bring back special events or memories in their lives once upon a time! They get to be in their nice clothes and enjoy a sumptuous meal!! and also, a shoutout to her assistant Mona who is such a wonderful girl! these ladies were so busy preparing almost the whole day to make this event happen.Kudos activity department! keep the patients busy with great activities that’s good for their brain, body and emotional well being!!
