I moved into this very beautiful community in November 2023. The staff are so amazing and attentive. They are friendly and genuine. I know that they will take care of anything that I need. I have met so many friends here! It has been such a blessing. The beauty of the area just can’t compare, it is right on the river. I absolutely love my apartment!

Such a Great place to live. I've been here 7 years. Beautiful place located on the Pigeon River and conveniently close to all of the attractions, stores, hospital, doc offices, banks etc, but yet very secluded on these Beautiful Peaceful 14 acres. The management and staff are all wonderful folks as well as the neighbors. I moved my Mom over here about 5 years ago and she fits right in and has made some wonderful friends. This is one of the most affordable places to live in Sevier County. Highly recommend.
A beautiful, cozy community with so many sweet people! It’s in a great area close to everything you need and the river is very relaxing. They recently switched from assisted to independent living only and there are renovations taking place to give the buildings a new look. We love it here!
My husband and I moved here to n April.We a love living here. The staff is more like family to us than just workers. Our neighbors are the best! Everyone here is like a huge family than just friends. We get together and grill and are always eating something! We love it here and this is home to us. I would highly recommend living at Mountain Brook Village! We are so glad we moved here!!!
My mom moved here about 6 months and honestly this place was a answer tp prayers and the staff has been amazing especially the maintenance man. Very affordable clean and safe environment they really do do everything possible to make sure residents are safe and comfortable. The community is beautiful and clean plus you would think living in a tourist area would be annoying but it's actually very quite peaceful away from the craziness of pigeonforge.
