Mount Joesph staff are all beyond compassionate and caring people. My brother is in a wheelchair, and they do everything they can to accommodate his disabilities while taking GREAT care of him. They go above and beyond to make him happy. Every time I visit, he’s clean, and his room is immaculate. He’s always encouraged and participates in fun activities. Everyone there are helpful and kind to me when I visit my brother. Most importantly, they treat my brother with the utmost respect and dignity. His social worker is an incredible advocate! His awesome NP cares about him and takes care of his health needs in a timely manner. His nurses and CNA’s love to make him happy, they go above and beyond, and they play his favorite rock music to ease his anxiety and raise his joy. When I visit him, and I hear his music playing, it makes my heart sing. My brother is safe, and I love that staff makes him feel valuable, seen, and heard. Mount Joseph, thank you for making your environment conducive for people with disabilities, but also, recruiting the BEST staff ever. From admissions to becoming a resident, it’s been a comforting and heartfelt experience for me to see how happy and healthy my brother has become while being there. I’d give you a billion stars if I could!

Top notch care from all the staff….. the nurses and cnas are friendly and kind and care about providing excellent care to all the residents. Everyone and I mean everyone who works there is there for the residents and truly care about them! This place is absolutely amazing!
This place should be shut down immediately. Some of the worst care I have ever seen. My mother has been there twice in the last month for rehab after a stroke and when my Dad came into visit had to call the ambulance because no one had even been in to see her she was then in the hospital for weeks, returned, and a week later same thing. Didn’t administer her medication properly then tried to catch up overdosing her, she was so out of it my Dad couldn’t wake her up. The staff could care less! If you love you family member DO NOT send them here!!
My mother Esta Knapik has been here twice once from a broken ankle and again for a hip replacement. The staff here is amazing. They have been awesome. Everyone from the chefs to the nurses and even the women that work the desk have been so nice. I have seen these people go above and beyond for the guests here. They really seem to care like they are their own family. I love y’all thank you for treating my mom like family
Terrible service if you want to get in touch with your loved ones. All I wanted was to get on a Zoom call with my grandmother who is staying in Mt. St. Joseph. My family and I set up 4 video calls, we waited for minutes hoping their end would connect. We were stood up four times by the nursing home. The coordinator I was in touch with would inform me at the last minute about rescheduling or having 'technical difficulties'. It has been tiring to coordinate with them on something that's supposed to be so simple. At the end of the day, we just want to see our grandma and see how she's doing, even just by video call. They can't even do that for us.
