The staff demonstrates true care and compassion toward each resident, in which they are treated with the utmost dignity and respect. The facility is well-kept and clean both inside and out. Facility management is readily available to promptly address the needs of residents and staff members alike. Quality care is paramount at MCSLC. The facility has a great work environment with interdisciplinary team members who exhibit good collaboration and teamwork on a daily basis.
Mount Carmel Senior Living is very clean and the staff are amazing. You can definitely tell that the staff are very passionate about the patients. I can definitely tell that they make the patients very happy
I have been here for about a month. The people who work and volunteer are the loving and caring ones ever. I know sometimes things you have to wait for. Sometimes things are forgotten,but let me tell you I am loved here and well taken care of. The people here go beyond for each one of us. No matter where I am here my room,showerroom,dining room ect. I know I am safe and protected and loved. It's been 9 months now and I love home more and more.
Just did an initial walk thru tour. Very nice ppl. Clean facility. Residents and staff seemed satisfied and happy.
