The inclusion in activities, the level of contact, and the overall attention to detail allowed him to feel comfortable and secure. Tiffany, the medication aide has a poor attitude towards people. She speaks poorly about people as well. Management might want to address this with her because I've heard it before first hand.
Mother Hull Home is a very good place for residents to live. It has an extremely safe environment. The administrators are all very professional, as well as the caregivers (CNAs/MAs/Nurses). I was very impressed & would recommend to anyone.
