I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation and Nursing Center! From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re met with warmth, professionalism, and a true sense of care that immediately puts you at ease. One of the standout experiences of my time here was meeting Felice Anderson at the front desk. Felice is truly the heart of the facility. Her warm smile, calm demeanor, and incredible professionalism set the tone for the entire visit. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone—patients, family members, and visitors—feels welcomed and cared for. Whether you have a question, need help navigating the facility, or just need a reassuring presence, Felice is there with kindness and grace. The nursing and rehab staff are equally amazing—attentive, compassionate, and highly skilled. They treat each patient with dignity and respect, and it’s clear they are dedicated to helping every individual on their path to recovery. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and provides a peaceful, healing environment. Morristown Post-Acute has consistently impressed me, both personally and professionally. My wife’s grandmother was cared for here, and our family was so grateful for the kindness and professionalism of the team during her rehab stay. Since then, I’ve had the chance to get to know Eryn and see the dedication she brings to the facility. The staff is compassionate and attentive, and it’s clear the focus is always on doing right by the patients. Morristown Post-Acute is a place I trust and respect, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
My husband has been there for over a year. The nurses and Aids have done a great job under the circumstances, but moral has been VERY low up until recently. There is now a new Administrator and the change is dramatic. The entire staff seems so much happier,!ike a dark cloud has lifted. The best change has been the food, It was really horrible. The Residents complained to a deaf ear! The cook has been replaced by New cook who actually knows how to cook!!!!! This place just keeps getting better and better.
Any good review for this place is fake or from someone who was here no more then 2 months please do not leave your loved one here for long term!!!! My mother has had her toe amputated due to lack of care at this place. As well she had just arrived from hospital after the amputation, was put in a room with no call bells or anything to get anyone’s help if needed. I was begged to take down my last comment. This place is not for people who can not walk or are not fully there in the head to take care of them selfs. Please do not put your love ones here. I was told to call a higher up for this building and not even him “mayers” can do anything in a manner of time that would help. My mother first day back was stuck on toliet for 4 hours due to lack of disability support that is supposed to be attached in her bathroom that is not!!! Oh let’s not forget the bell to call anyone doesn’t work as I’m standing pressing it for past hour since was told when I called all call bells work As well this is not my first or second time leaving a review and being begged to take it down this place is a joke and any good review is fake or possibly from someone who was here for short term!!! Great place to get paid to sleep and take the most minimalistic care of the patients! If you like to get paid to sleep perfect place to apply
I can't express enough how happy I am with the care my husband is getting at Morristown Post Acute. The nurses show compassion and treat him with such respect. He suffers from dementia and they have more patience with him than I could ever have. He's on the 3rd floor and while all of the nurses are outstanding, I usually speak with Tameka and she is the best. She answers every question I have and explains everything about his treatment to me. I also am grateful for the quarterly meetings. Keeping me updated on everything from medication to what he eats and even his haircuts makes me know that they are giving him the best of care. Everyone on staff that I have contact with at the facility goes above and beyond. Thank you!
