Over a 4-year period my sister toured 14 facilities before finding Morningstar, Old Town. Having worked as a skilled nurse for 25 years, her standards were sky high. Mom has been a resident for 6 months now, and she never wants to leave. Candice hand-picked all the leadership and staff - and the talent, heart, enthusiasm, and care are palpable. From minute one, residents are welcomed home, encouraged, empowered, and accommodated by the timely, and hard-working staff, and caregivers. The accommodations, dining, amenities, and activities have provided enrichment and inspired confidence igniting a spark in mom that we’ve been missing. We were able to move her into a beautiful, functional, and comfortable suite and decorate so that she felt at home from the get go. Morningstar, Old Town, it’s lovely residents and top notch staff are easy to recommend and we couldn’t have chosen a better home for our amazing mom!

This facility is truly amazing! From the minute we walked into this new and beautiful senior living community in Old Town Fort Collins for a tour, we felt welcomed. All of the team members we met during the tour were friendly and professional. My husband and I were particularly impressed with Joise, the Director of Community Relations. We appreciated how she took the time to get to know Mom and Dad, and how she went above and beyond to advocate for them. We are grateful for all the help we have received as we navigate through this transitional time.
Working at MorningStar at Old Town has been a wonderful experience. Each team member shows dedication, pride, and passion in their work. The families and residents that we serve are caring and kind and the community that has grown over the last six months is unmatched. This community is absolutely wonderful! The location being in Old Town offers unmatched access to Fort Collins' incredible local dining, shopping, walking trails, art and entertainment. Their team is passionate and dedicated to upholding a beautiful and welcoming environment to call home for their residents while assuring them impeccable support/care. The design and attention to detail throughout the building is as luxurious as it is comforting, offering gorgeous views and incredible amenities as well. As someone working in the home healthcare space throughout Northern CO, I have appreciated each experience I have had touring this community, attending their events, and collaborating with their team!
