As a Gerontological Social Worker and currently the Director of Community Relations, I am so proud to serve with and for the greatest team and residents. I have worked at other senior living communities and have not been compelled to write a review, until now. One of the reasons I chose MorningStar is because of its Radiant standard of service. It’s not just a motto or something we learn at orientation that is soon forgotten. Team members are genuinely committed and embody the core values of our shared promise in service excellence. You can feel that real sense of purpose to make a difference in residents’ lives, and I am honored with the privilege to serve our residents in their home. Speaking of which, the community is beautiful! The boutique style and modern design is impressive but still warm and inviting. I feel fortunate to say I work at MorningStar Observatory Park!
MorningStar Observatory Park has provided a wonderful experience for mother as she transitioned into memory care. The staff has been exceptional with both her and myself as we settled into her new residence, being kind and attentive. Honestly, my mother has put on about 8lb of weight as she loves the food. There is on-site physical therapy which we take advantage of too. In terms of the facility itself, it is top notch and well appointed / decorated. All of the staff is engaging and friendly, especially at the front desk. Delightful. Thank you to everyone at MorningStar Observatory Park. I couldn't ask for a better experience for my parents than what they are getting at Morningstar Observatory Park. The community is full of interesting and vibrant residents and extremely friendly and caring staff. The space is gorgeous and brand new with excellent amenities. It's a beautiful place to live full of wonderful people. Being there and being with a community has helped both of my parents to regain energy and to really embrace living. It's such a step up from being alone in their own home. I highly recommend this community. It more than delivers on every level.
I've been in the industry for some time now, and I can confidently say that the work culture here is phenomenal and the best in the business. The environment is incredibly supportive, fostering open communication and collaboration at every level. Leadership at every level, including senior home office leadership, genuinely cares about employee well-being, offering numerous opportunities for professional growth and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
