In my opinion, 104 Pleasant Ridge Drive managed by Conifer Manager Company would be rated as one of worse management companies when it come to understand the day to day needs of seniors. The residents of the building has tried to have tenants meeting to outline some problems that building has but the manager, Kory Roger who believes she can address seniors in a nasty way and uses bully attacks on seniors to stop them from participating in tenant association meetings and tries any ways to come together about the living conditions as to the safe and cleaning conditions of the building. The seniors have been trying to get Managerment to be responsible for the upkeep and in door air quality and routine schedule management of this building since 2019. This building is a tax credit building with your tax dollars are apart of management making money to maintain clean and safe conditions for seniors and the general public. We are asking if you have any family members living at this location to please join us as we come together to stand and protest that the manager, Kory Rogers, be removed for her current management obligations. Speaking for my mom, the apartment is great and she loves living there, but trying to get something done is a headache. She has called several times to report something wrong with the apartment. She did speak with the manager but that was over 2 weeks ago. She has since called several more times, but no one has returned her calls.
My mom lives there and at 74 years of age she nor myself should have to keep calling to have things fixed in her apartment. The office staff takes no urgency in matters. I think the leasing manager in the building should be replaced. I have several complaints I need addressed
Hello Management, please tell the Residents of this complex to please clean up after their Dogs. This is a very serious problem, that needs to be address immediately. I am tired of walking around with Dog mess on my shoes.
