My Mom is a resident of Morningside since October 2022. It took her a couple of months to settle into her new home. Staff are welcoming, caring, encouraging and patient. My Mom is a naturally quiet person. However, staff have been successful in encouraging her to participate in group activities from time to time. I am grateful for the nurse practitioners, hair stylist, podiatrist and other professionals who provide needed services to residents. It certainly makes it easier for families to have individuals.on site to provide necessary services. My family and I are very grateful for the warm loving environment at Morningside. Every single employee is engaged every single day meeting needs of residents no matter how small or large the need. Decisions to place a loved one in an assisted living facility are extremely difficult. It is a blessing to know Mom is in a safe, clean, caring, and comfortable environment. It helps us to sleep better knowing Mom is well cared for.

Wonderful assisted living facility!!! Beautiful setting and caring staff! Have never seen another facility like this ever! Am thankful our mom and our aunt reside at such an amazing place!
I would like to thank Morningside of Springfield for the excellent care they gave my mom, after she fell and needed a safe place to live, for 6 weeks, while she recovered. Mom needed care and support for every personal task. She said everyone showed her love and were very gentle. She also raved about the food!!! She couldn’t wait for each meal. She made some wonderful friends while she was there and has even gone back for a visit. I would not hesitate having mom return to Morningside if she ever needs support in the future! Everyone who works there, from administration to staff have been a blessing to our family. Thank you so very much Morningside!!!
Morningside of Springfield has been such a blessing to our family. The management and entire care team treat our mom as if she was their own family member. We moved our mom into Morningside after a terrible experience at another independent /assisted living center which we chose it because it was brand and beautiful. We learned that new and beautiful is not the quality that matters - what matters is the heart and compassion of the people who will be caring for our mom and that is exactly what we love most about Morningside of Springfield. And one more very important thing is that our mom loves the food😊
The staff at Morningside is so friendly. They are professional and very passionate about their jobs. I felt welcomed the moment my feet entered the building. I also enjoy the ongoing support I receive when times are rough emotionally. Shannon is amazing!!! Avery is amazing too!
