I have lived here since February and I love here. I have never seen anyone smoking in the breezeways or cigarette butts in the breezeway. Everyone is super friendly and always asks if you need anything or need help with anything. My only complaint is taking the trash out back. Apartments I have lived in in the past always had the trash picked up outside their door. That’s a long way for the elderly residents, me being one of them. I’m 79 years old and my mobility is in an electric chair. My only other complaint is the fact that no one is here on the weekends. There should be someone in that office 24/7. When an ambulance comes they have a heck of a time getting in the building. I know because I’ve let them in numerous times.

Unfortunately my was no longer able to live by her, she had to give her apartment up. My mom , Nita Ware loved morning side. The staff are so caring, even if you don't live there, the staff makes you feel as if you ou do. I am so grateful for them. I would recommend morning side to any and all seniors.
I must say the company did an amazing job on this senior property, so many amenities ( game room , gym , yoga room, movie room & a library. I got to interact with the resident playing bingo on Saturday today on my tour with Alice. Each hall has an amazing cozy area to sit and lounge. The community room is so nice and clean. Residents are very friendly in this community.
I don't live there, but a good friend does. Tenants hand out in breezeway dumping cigarette butt's everywhere. The latest issue is with the parking. Now if a car isn't moved regularly, it may get towed. No consideration as to circumstances such as vacation or sickness preventing it from being moved. Any infraction south parling, such as part of this being on line and it will get booted (no 1st warning). That is not being considerate of their senior citizens!. Guest must park way in back, even if they have a handicap plate or may be a health care worker. Priorities are all wrong!
This is the current condition of the pool. There is no maintenance person that stays working here because there are too many hats to wear for too little pay. They are expected to be a pool person, a groundskeeper, as well as take care of all the maintenance requests for each apartment. The air conditioning works in some locations, but not all. The library was a toasty 80 degrees, but the thermostat was on cool and set to 70. Garbage piles up almost daily because there isn't a maintenance person to compact the garbage. Instead, it just piles up outside the compactor. On a positive note, they have installed a 2nd elevator which was much needed. The people who live here are wonderful people. Even the management people are nice. It feels like everything is over their heads and they don't know how to fix the problems. Just my 2 cents.
