Honestly, the experience we have had here has exceeded our expectations. Our loved one has been there for three months. She is well-cared for at every level. She has made new friends. And a number of staff members reach out and communicate so that I have multiple perspectives on how things are going. I greatly appreciate the wonderful environment staff work hard to create.

Our family visited several assisted living facilities for our mother before deciding on Morning Point Lenoir City. We have had an amazing experience with all the staff and I must recognize Executive Director Lindsay Williams for her kindness and professionalism.
There's something to be said, when a facility make their employees write up mock reviews. That speaks volumes in regards to professionalism, in more ways than one! From my own personal experience with some of the staff, I could elaborate on their lack of professionalism, integrity, and moral compass. This is no reflection on all staff members of course, there are some that are very caring. Then there are those, that truly should be stripped of their titles altogether.
MP is a fantastic facility with all the amenities of living at home. The staff is knowledgeable with longevity among the health care professionals. The care is resident/family centered and communication with family is on going throughout resident’s stay. MPLC is a great place to be!
