I can’t say enough about the staff at Morning Pointe! What a caring and compassionate group of people. I challenged them with a difficult placement, that in the beginning didn’t want to be there at all and they exceeded my expectations. More importantly my Mother genuinely enjoyed the staff there. In a time that is difficult for both parents and children these people know how to be a support network for both. I’m probably not easy to please and my Mom even less easy…I would select them again and I believe she would too! The only negative I can say about Morning Pointe is totally beyond their local control. Guardian Pharmacy, which they are required to use is the worst in my personal opinion. If their corporate people ever read any of their reviews, they will look for someone else to provide medication for residence.

Moved my mother to Morning Pointe (Franklin, IN) this past summer. The staff were very proficient with the move. The facilities in the memory care center are very inviting to keep the patients involved in the activity room with the staff creating a variety activities. Additionally, the staff from the nurses to the administrative crew (Tristan, Amy, Sarah, Melissa) always keep me in the loop regarding changes or concerns with my mother. I'm so glad we moved her to MP.
We have had an excellent experience at Morning Pointe Franklin during mom’s stay and rehab. The staff have been very accommodating and attentive, the food is very good and the overall care has been wonderful. Plenty of activities and just what we needed to speed her recovery. Highly recommended.
My Mom has been at Morning Point for nearly 3 years. It is very well run, and the staff is just fantastic -- they're competent and they really care about the residents. Mom is happy and very well cared for. I highly recommend this place.
In my 20 years of being in the landscaping business, I’ve taken care of many nursing homes.I can honestly say I’ve never seen a nursing home as clean, organized and well taking care of. Everyone is respectful, helpful and senior citizens are well taking care of. In todays world, this is hard to find.
