Manager not available frequently, no one answers phone frequently, security camera not working, hallways dirty most of the time, no fire drills and no inspections to assure apartments are being kept clean. Smoking is allowed which endangers all residents. This place needs cleaned up. Although the residents are low income, they deserve respect just like anyone else. I am commenting on the WIlley Street location.

I asked if they accept emotional support animals. They will if they are under 35lbs. But they can not accept the pit bull breed no matter what.
Don't let your loved ones live there my mother and step father has been there for over 30 years my step father passed and there was some family Drama needless to say mine and my sisters name were put on the doors saying we couldn't come on the property my mother has told them she wants our names off the door and my mother isn't in great health and they still will not let us in the building
Horribly managed. Can’t even communicate with first line employees. I submitted all paperwork for my family member and never received a reply of any sort.
This building is not up to code. Most of the tenants here are 62 and older
