Morada Cedar Hill is one big family! They create positive experiences, like Family Night featured in these pics. And they care for their residents like their own family, especially caregivers like Cathy. Cathy is patient, caring, and thoughtful. You can tell she loves what she does by how much she gives of herself! I'm very thankful for Cathy and the rest of the Morada team.

My dad was there for a few years and we loved it. He was on the independent side and moved to the assisting living side and would still be there if they you had a skilled nursing side. The staff was great and the residents also.
Big thank you to Alyssa Medina for reaching out to have Crafted Love Stories come out and craft with some wonderful ladies! I was so glad to see the residents enjoying themselves! She really cares about their happiness and the way she interacts with them I would want my own grandparents to stay here if they ever chose to! 🥺
My Mom lives at Morada Cedar Hill. This is an awesome place to live! The rooms are affordable, the staff is wonderful and the med techs are kind and attentive with her. Ginger is great among the many others. They always have patience and are very understanding. There is always something fun to do and the activity director Jessica is awesome! They play bingo for prizes, make arts & crafts and even go on field trips. Their Receptionst, Helen is the sweetest and most hard working lady. She always makes everyone smile and brightens the day with her smile and personality. My Mom loves living there and we are so pleased and happy she has a retirement place she can call home. ❤️🏡
If I could give this place zero stars, I would! DO NOT move your parents or grandparents into this facility. The care and customer service provided to the elderly residents is terrible. They are stealing from the residents, double-charging them for rent after it has already been paid in full, with proof of payment. Their excuse is always, "Oh, we can't find the check you paid with. We'll look into it and call you back." But the "bookkeeper" never follows up. When you ask for the number to their corporate office, they claim they don’t have one and insist you email them instead. Fortunately, our lawyer is now involved. The best thing the residents have here is their activities coordinator Alisha!
