My Mother was sent to this place for "Rehab". In the 5 days she was there, PT was there 4 days and I didn't see any other therapists. The LPN was helpful to give her pain meds when I asked but I only saw an aide once a day to help her. I told staff multiple times that she would not remember to push the call button to walk to the bathroom so, when I was there I, her daughter, helped her otherwise, we waited or when She went to the bathroom by herself, ended up sitting on the floor and thank God she didn't get hurt. I dressed her at the hospital on a Saturday and she had the same clothes on Monday AM when I changed her clothes. The social worker was helpful to get her discharged home.

This place is a morgue with beating hearts. Their business model is incompetence, neglect and indifference for the patients. We mistakenly put my mother in this place while recovering from a broken femur. She waited over an hour for assistance to go to the bathroom. When help finally came, they suggested she just soil herself and they would clean her up. We couldn't get her out of there fast enough. If you even care remotely about a family member, do not consider this place at all.
it’s literally horrific here. my grandma is staying here, it’s dirty, it smells, it’s definitely not sanitary. The food here is late, my grandmother hasn’t gotten any adequate meals or water. they’re always late on call. this place is a prison for the elderly.
My mother had a stroke about a month ago, and we place her here to do therapy. The whole process of getting her to an inpatient rehab was all new to our family, we spend a whole day looking to different places and at the end of the day we choose Woodland Park. It was the best choice we made for my mother. The people there are awesome! They treated my mother with care and dignity. Their staff are a bunch of people that care for the well being of the patients and their family. The staff has gone above and beyond in proving updates and helping us go through the insurance process. We have a meeting to go over the discharge of my mother and they took care of us. We got the information we needed, answered all of our questions and concerns, and gave us resources for the family. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place for yourself or love ones.
Had a horrible experience. Rooms, beds, tvs, are all tiny and run down, stains on ceilings. Temperature fluctuated from 65-80 in room. PT and OT were rude, didn’t show up. Saw a doctor once and the NP was barely ever there. Administration set up initial plan of care meeting and never showed up or acknowledged not showing up. I had issues with discharge and management would not return my calls. Worst experience of my life. Was there for short term rehab. Also a gentleman was brought into the rehab wing, room next to me, to die. Is this how Rehab room should be used?
