I recently brought my dad here for rehab and day to day care after he was hospitalized for a long time. I am thoroughly impressed with the level of care and compassion he is receiving. From the moment he came in, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The facility is clean, well-organized, which helped put me at ease. Initially when I came in to look at the place they took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure that my dad will be taken best care here. The care my dad is receiving is top-notch, and I appreciate the attention to detail and the genuine concern for his well-being. I highly recommend Monument Health to anyone seeking quality care facility and rehab for their loved ones. The entire experience is outstanding, and I feel grateful to have found such a trustworthy and caring health care place for my dad. My mother went into Monument health after her hospitalization, she was there for rehab for approximately 3-4 weeks. I and my family cannot express enough the gratitude and care that the staff took for our mom. Every single person in the staff were very caring, helpful and always answering any questions we had. All the nurses, Cna’s , cleaning, administrative, kitchen , occupational and physical therapy staff were all excellent. They treated her with utmost respect and kindness. I would highly recommend this place if you ever find a need for such care. I also want to thank Sharon for the work she did to have my mom transferred to monument.

My mother recently spent three weeks at Monument. It was our first choice as they have the best reviews. We were told that they did not have room and so she was supposed to go to our second choice. I was able to contact Sharon in admissions who found a spot for her. She was so helpful and kind during a very stressful time for our family. She let us know exactly what the process was and what kind of care and rehab services she would receive once there. She was absolutely amazing and made the transition from the hospital a lot easier. The staff that took care of my mom while she was there were all amazing. Every CNA, nurse, and therapist treated her with respect, kindness, and dignity. We could not have asked for a better place for her to continue her recovery from her hospital stay. I am so grateful to everyone there and would highly recommend Monument.
