Monarch Landing is the best decision my husband and I ever made! The staff are always remarkably helpful and friendly. We expected that but all of them have been so much more for us. They have become our family and community. Since so many of our relatives live far from us, this community is very important for us. Combined with the incredible services ( we call this our health club) —-we are safe, happy and active.

Monarch Landing is a truly wonderful community! The residents are warm and welcoming, creating a friendly and engaging atmosphere. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everyone feels at home. The food is also fantastic, with delicious and well-prepared meals that offer great variety. My mother recently moved to Monarch Landing. From the first time we met Shannon, we knew this was going to be a wonderful experience. Every step of the way we dealt with people who were kind, professional, and went out of their way to give us the best experience possible. Even more importantly, it didn’t stop once the decision was made. We continue to be impressed by the dedication of the staff. Monarch Landing has been a blessing and an answer to many prayers!
Great community! Residents and staff all care about one another. One large extended family with so many choices for the residents to be as active as they wish to be. What a great place to settle in and branch out! Not to mention priority access to the Springs if ever needed in the future. Monarch Landing is the best of the best.
Monarch Landing is a really great place. It is beautiful inside and outside. The food is good and the maintenance is well done, but what really is outstanding is the staff. They will help you with anything. They are always cheerful, friendly, and outgoing.
