Choosing care for your loved one is a very traumatic experience. Gul and the caring staff at Mona Vale View did everything they could to make the transition easier. We felt very supported and looked after. The quality of the care is like nothing we have experienced elsewhere. It's a small facility with very personalised service. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone knew who we were very quickly. Everyone knew my Dad by name and they have wonderful entertainment for the residents all the time. There were always staff with the residents in the communal areas engaging them and spending time with them. Something that we haven't found elsewhere. We had to move my Dad to more specialised care and we have not found the level of kindness since. While the facility might lack the fancy extras that other places offer (as well as charge a lot more for it) they certainly make up for this with the care that they provide. We can't speak highly enough of the staff during the time my Dad was there. Thank you so much
Very nice nursing home. Staff lovely always taking time to talk with my mother. She also enjoys the food but complains that they give her too much which is not a bad thing.
We have been delighted with the care and dedication of the staff. Residents are respected and staff go out of their way to support individual needs. Families are always welcome and there is a real sense of community. A small care facility with a big heart!
