I have been living at Molly Brook for a few months and my experience has been amazing! It is a wonderful place to live. The staff is so kind and helpful. Danielle is the absolute best! She always goes above and beyond even for the little things. The maintenance team is equally as great. Dan and Oscar are extremely knowledgeable and have fixed any issue I had in a timely manner. This is a really beautiful community and I would definitely recommend living here!

Danielle is absolutely lovely and delightful! She is incredibly knowledgeable and was so helpful during the move-in process. Both Danielle and James are always responsive and willing to asist with any needs brought to their attention. Additionally, Oscar and Dan from the service team are so sweet and attentive. Their responsiveness and kindness make all the difference. I love it here and it is such a beautiful well kept community!
These are "cookie cutter" apartments built with the cheapest materials and rushed labor so Bozzuto (who built the property) could sell to a company called LaSalle Investment Management. LaSalle cuts corners every chance they get. Our rent is over $3k/month with a $75/month amenity fee and we got RAISED just to sign a contract with a new move-out cleaning fee over $200 because someone, whether it be management or the new company, is penny pinching and pocketing every dollar we give them. We can't even book a party 3 months in advance, they turn around 4 days prior telling us the price is higher than what they advertise it as. Our property had ONE CLEANING GUY who did more work than the current "team" that the new property manager hired from his previous property. The company with employees wearing blue shirts lounging around in our building lobby and club house's seating and kitchen areas - who are entirely incompetent, as you can see in the photo where a blue shirt man is LAYING in front of our building's entrance. Our building smells of rotten meat juice leading to our first floor's garbage room and they're sitting in our lobby listening to music blasting. Where is the new water filter for the fridge in the clubhouse kitchen? When is the outdoor light next to our building getting replaced? Where is our outdoor tv? Where is the fire pit remote? Where is the air-conditioning system for the coworkers space in building two? Where is the repair man for the elevator in building one? Where are the wipes in the gym? Why did it take two residents to have a slip and fall accident on mud that was brought to the office's attention beforehand before it was removed? These photos do not even do justice to what us residents are experiencing. It is absolutely disgusting and egregious. The property manager James will listen to your concerns and promise you up and down that he's bringing new umbrellas to the pool when you're concerned with mold growth in your building's stairwell, never having asked about any pool umbrellas to begin with. I want this man's job, he is out of office multiple times per week. He can't possibly be working remotely with this many issues being brought to his attention daily. I can't even imagine living on the first floor, or the second or third for that matter. Residents are experiencing leaks when upper floors run their water. Want to contact the regional manager Marie? She won't respond either. Now they're wondering why all the residents are getting together and posting reviews because they won't listen. Once they have you locked in, the rest doesn't matter. They have a class action coming at them and are too oblivious to see it coming.
Dan the maintenance man is literally THE MAN. He really knows his job, is incredibly kind, funny, personable, and a delight to see around the community. He is professional, efficient, and highly responsive. Molly brook is very lucky to have him. We love you, Dan!
Danielle was our tour guide today. She spent over an hour showing us 2 different apartments and answering our questions. She was friendly ,professional ,knowledgeable and changed our appointment when we were stuck in traffic. Very satisfied.
