Absolutely the worst facility there is not only will they lie to your face about your loved one and what they want to do they will make the patients life hell until they do what the facility wants they are very money motivated and will immediately try and get your loved ones to sell what ever property or estate they have even if it's protected or in a will what ever they don't care at all they want their money and constantly threatening the patients with throwing them out of they don't comply This place is filthy smells really bad the food is completely inedible If you don't agree with their care and don't want to do what they want with your loved one and choose to move your loved one they will report you to adult protective services For the love of God don't take anyone here it's a mini hillside manor if you know you know

My father in law was sent there to recover by St Pats. Didn't make it through the night. He stepped in somebody else's feces in the shared bathroom for 8 residents, the food was canned garbage, they served a severe type 2 diabetic applejuice and a carby dinner, it smelled terrible, the staff just looked beat down, and he was roomed with a nearly naked guy who insisted on hip hop music on repeat, and the facilities themselves are just dirty and worn out. We came and got him out of there and made arrangements for home care. His situation really needs more than that, but incomplete home care is better than this place.
Missoula Health & rehab is a great facility. They took wonderful care of my mother. They treated her like family even through her refusal of cares and often difficult behaviors. They have a full staff available (nurses, CNAs, dietary, activities, social services, etc.)24/7 and a great therapy unit. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed long term care or short term care.
This place is a joke. Nasty rude and liars describes the management. The residents are too submissive and beaten down with threats of evictions if they don't comply with all the rules they make up to fit them, not the residents. Don't put any loved ones in this place. It is like a prison except the food is much worse.
Missoula Health and Rehab may not be the most “glamorous” assisted living facility in town. But they have some of the best staff without a doubt. They are kind, caring and compassionate. What they do on the daily is not easy- and keep in mind they also are in the process of updating equipment and living spaces. My father is a resident- and he loves the staff and environment- Karrie and team are on top his appointments and medications. They also call me directly with any questions or concerns. While it may not be the newest and prettiest facility- your loved one will receive quality care from amazing people.
