I recently visited my aunt at Mirabella Memory Care, and I have to say, it was an incredibly positive experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was so welcoming and friendly, making me feel at ease. My aunt mentioned how kind they’ve been to her, which was heartwarming to hear. The facility itself was spotless, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. It’s clear that they really care about the residents' well-being. Honestly, after seeing how great this place is, I can only hope that when I retire, I’ll be lucky enough to live somewhere like this. It's truly a place where the staff goes above and beyond, and the care is top-notch. Highly recommend!

We moved our grandmother to the community just over 90 days ago. It’s the best decision we have made as a family. It was very hard to come to terms with moving her out of her home, on day one the staff was welcoming and helped my grandmother overcome the fear of moving. I definitely recommend taking a tour and speaking with staff and residents
I have worked for this place for 8 years. Taking care of a resident. This place has a terribly bad bed bug problem right now, and this has happened twice over my eight years of being here. The management is not letting the other residents know of the bed bug problem to be cautious and to prevent taking these bugs into their rooms. This is only one problem of many within this building. The residents are not getting taken care of as they should be. Now the executive director has told her staff that if someone speaks on the bed bug problem they will be terminated. Mirabella does not care about their residents and workers. Think twice before you want to home your loved one here. It's so expensive and it's very ghetto here. LAST THING: CORPORATE ERASED MY REVIEW ONCE BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT THIS GHETTO PLACE AND (BED BUG ISSUES ) I DONT CARE HOW MANY TIMES YOU ERASE MY REVIEW I WILL CONTINUE TO POST AGAIN AND AGAIN . I HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD SWEETHEART
My parents moved into Mirabella Assisted Living in 2020. They lived together in a lovely apartment for 3 years until Mom passed away. The staff was very caring and always did an excellent job. My Dad is currently living in the memory care unit and I am very happy with the care and attention that he receives.
I have a brother at Mirabella. They have been exceedingly kind to him and patient with me as we seek to understand and adjust to Assisted Living with everything that means. I would especially like to thank Ashley Atkins, Director of Admissions. I feel like I can call on her for anything that concers either my brother or me.
